Are package prices fixed?
Reference prices are shown on each package card. Final pricing is confirmed directly via TikTok, Zalo, or Facebook based on your needs and how many corals you adopt.
How do the three packages differ?
On the website, every package uses the same experience: Survey, customer code lookup, coral list, and growth journals. Differences are mainly in offline perks such as diving, planting coral, or a basic diving course.
How do payment and registration work?
Coralumes does not offer online checkout on the website. Contact us for advice, confirm your package, then complete the Survey link to finish registration and receive your customer code.
When do I receive my customer code?
As soon as you complete and submit the Survey, the system issues your customer code on the confirmation screen. Save it to look up your corals and growth journals later.
How do I get started?
